Urban Oasis: Unwind and Rejuvenate with the Ultimate London Two-Centre Luxury Mini Spa Break Wellness Experience

Welcome to a world of indulgence and rejuvenation, where the vibrant pulse of London meets the epitome of luxury and wellness. Embark on an enchanting journey with me as I explore the unparalleled elegance of the Four Seasons Hotel at Ten Trinity Square London and The Londoner on Leicester Square, two gems nestled within the heart of this iconic city. This is not just a trip; it's a sanctuary of relaxation, a sojourn to serenity, and a celebration of opulence. Join me as I unwind in the lap of luxury, reinvigorate the soul, and immerse myself in the splendour that London and its exquisite accommodations have to offer.

I love to travel the world, with a particular focus on wellness which can encompass everything from relaxation to fitness, therapeutic or pampering spa treatments, hydrotherapy and thermal experiences, yoga, pilates and more. I tend to pick hotels with great spas, and although I have stayed at The Londoner before it is definitely somewhere I have wanted to return to. I’m combining it this trip with another favourite group, Four Seasons, but I’ve never been to their Ten Trinity property in London before.

The full detailed itinerary for the trip is below. All photos credit @fstentrinity & @thelondoner.

Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square

Booking through Virtuoso and Classic Travel got me extra benefits here at Four Seasons Ten Trinity, like

  • Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability

  • Daily Continental Breakfast for two (per bedroom), served in The Rotunda restaurant or via room service

  • $100 USD  Resort Credit

  • Complimentary Wi-FI

I’m a huge fan of Four Seasons hotels and resorts, and have recently enjoyed stay at their properties in Lisbon Portugal, Mexico City, and Las Vegas USA with an upcoming trip to Johannesburg in South Africa. There are two properties in London, Ten Trinity which I’m visiting on this trip and also another at Park Lane too. I’m a huge spa fan and love the look of the Spa at Four Seasons London at Ten Trinity Square. One of their Autograph experiences is Prestigious Cocooning, a unique two-hour sensorial hammam cleansing ritual. Offering all the benefits of an exfoliation and hammam ritual, the treatment combines deep black soap scrub followed by kessa glove and Miel d’Ambre scrub, a bathing ritual and stretching techniques, and concludes with a ceremonial energetic massage with onguent d’Argan or marocMaroc argan oil.

I’m also going to be trying out their impressive Rotunda Bar for pre-dinner drinks, before enjoying dinner in Mei Ume, their Japanese and Chinese restaurant showcasing the two Asian cuisines under the same banner.

Four Seasons Ten Trinity Vitality Pool

Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, Ten Trinity Square this year celebrates its 100-year anniversary. Ten Trinity is the starting point for discovering London’s historic past, alongside its exhilarating present. As impressive inside as out, this famous five-star hotel remains the centre of attention, as a new chapter begins in its history.

The Londoner: Super Boutique Hotel, Leicester Square

Booking through Classic Travel and their Preferred Platinum rate got me extra benefits here at The Londoner, like

  • Daily breakfast for two for duration of the stay

  • $100 USD Resort Credit to be used during stay

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi

  • Room Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability

  • Priority Check in and Check out, subject to availability

We’ve stayed here before and really loved the experience. The hotel is in such an amazing location, right in the heart of London just off Leicester Square. The building is so impressive, the eight levels that are visible above ground are matched by another eight below. You could be forgiven for thinking these basement levels would be oppressive and dark, but they are anything but. There is the incredible hotel spa, The Retreat, with a choice of hydrotherapy and thermal experiences, along with spa treatments and therapies, beauty, hair and men’s grooming facilities.

Although there is a huge choice of restaurants, bars, and cafés on the hotel’s doorstop, within the hotel itself you can choose from The Residence (a guest only bar/lounge/restaurant), Whitcomb’s French Mediterranean, Joshua’s Traditional Tavern, The Stage (great for a champagne afternoon tea), Refuel (in the spa facility) and the rooftop 8 At The Londoner, the Izakaya Japanese bar and restaurant. We have tried them all, and plan to do so again on this trip. They’re all so different, but great in their own right; from sitting poolside in the spa to the outdoor terrace on the roof.
